These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Vision Scanner AI app (the "Application") developed by Samet Ekinci ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Certain features of the Application, such as unlimited AI usage, ad-free experience, and advanced editing, require a Premium subscription.
In-app purchases are securely processed via your Google Play Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via device settings. Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies; the Service Provider does not have the authority to issue direct refunds.
The Application provides an optional feature to back up your documents to your own Google Drive account ("Backup Service"). By using this feature, you agree that:
Features such as "Summarize," "Translate," and "OCR" are powered by Google Gemini AI technology. Artificial intelligence does not guarantee 100% accuracy and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results.
The user acknowledges that AI outputs should not be considered professional (medical, legal, financial) advice. The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from decisions made based on these outputs.
The Application may not be used for any illegal activities. You agree not to:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Copying the source code, reverse engineering, renting, or unauthorized distribution of the Application is strictly prohibited. The Vision Scanner AI brand and all underlying code are the property of the Service Provider.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law (e.g., copyright infringement, forgery).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss (including backup failures), or loss of profits arising from the use of the service. The Service Provider's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the last 3 months.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update features, pricing, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Mersin, Turkey.

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Samet Ekinci (bundan böyle "Hizmet Sağlayıcı") tarafından geliştirilen Vision Scanner AI (bundan böyle "Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Uygulamanın sınırsız yapay zeka kullanımı, reklamsız deneyim ve gelişmiş düzenleme gibi bazı özellikleri Premium abonelik gerektirir.
Uygulama içi satın alımlar, Google Play Store hesabınız üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce cihaz ayarlarından iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. İade talepleri doğrudan Google Play politikalarına tabidir ve Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın doğrudan iade yapma yetkisi yoktur.
Uygulama, belgelerinizi kendi Google Drive hesabınıza yedeklemeniz için isteğe bağlı bir özellik sunar ("Yedekleme Hizmeti"). Bu özelliği kullanarak şunları kabul edersiniz:
Uygulama içerisindeki "Özetleme", "Çeviri" ve "OCR" özellikleri Google Gemini yapay zeka teknolojisi ile sağlanmaktadır. Yapay zeka %100 doğruluk garantisi vermez; hatalı, eksik veya yanıltıcı sonuçlar üretebilir.
Kullanıcı, yapay zeka çıktılarını profesyonel (tıbbi, hukuki, finansal) tavsiye olarak kabul etmemelidir. Bu çıktılara dayanarak alınan kararlardan doğacak zararlardan Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulama, yasadışı faaliyetlerde bulunmak amacıyla kullanılamaz. Kullanıcı, aşağıdaki eylemlerden kaçınacağını kabul eder:
Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz dahil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere, herhangi bir nedenle önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal sonlandırma veya askıya alma hakkımız saklıdır.
Uygulamanın kaynak kodunun kopyalanması, tersine mühendislik yapılması (reverse engineering), kiralanması veya izinsiz dağıtılması kesinlikle yasaktır. Vision Scanner AI markası ve tüm kod altyapısı Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın mülkiyetindedir.
Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan, bu Şartları ihlal etmenizden veya herhangi bir yasayı (örn. telif hakkı ihlali, evrakta sahtecilik) çiğnemenizden kaynaklanan, üçüncü şahıslar tarafından yapılan her türlü talep veya davada; makul avukatlık ücretleri dahil olmak üzere Hizmet Sağlayıcı'yı tazmin etmeyi ve zararını karşılamayı kabul edersiniz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Hizmet Sağlayıcı; veri kaybı (yedekleme hataları dahil), kâr kaybı veya hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın size karşı toplam sorumluluğu, varsa, son 3 ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın özelliklerini, fiyatlandırmasını veya bu kullanım şartlarını herhangi bir zamanda önceden bildirmeksizin güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlardan doğacak her türlü ihtilafta Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları geçerli olup, Mersin Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
