This Privacy Policy describes how Ghost Words: Mind Recover ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal data, particularly regarding the use of Google API Services.

1. Data Accessed

When you use the Application, especially when authenticating via Google Sign-In, we access the following specific types of Google user data:

• Your primary Google Account email address.
• Your basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture).
• Your Google Play Games Services ID (if participating in leaderboards/achievements).

2. Data Usage

We use, process, and handle the accessed Google user data strictly for the following purposes:

• To create and authenticate your user account securely using Firebase Authentication.
• To synchronize and back up your game progress, inventory, and purchases to our cloud servers (Firebase Firestore).
• To display your username and profile data on global leaderboards via Google Play Games Services.
• To facilitate securely processed in-app purchases through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.

Google API Services Usage Disclosure: Ghost Words's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Google user data is shared only with trusted third-party services strictly necessary for the application's core functionality. These include:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database management.
• RevenueCat: Used to validate and manage in-app subscriptions and purchases (no personal financial data is shared by us).
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers to provide personalized ads if you have consented to it.

4. Data Storage & Protection

Your data is securely stored and protected using industry-standard practices. We utilize Google Firebase Firestore for our backend database, which encrypts data both in transit and at rest. We implement strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your user data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Application's services.

How to request deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time. You can do this by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option within the Application's settings menu.
• Sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon request, all your personal data, including email, profile info, and game progress, will be permanently deleted from our servers.

1. Erişilen Veriler (Data Accessed)

• Oyun ilerlemenizi, envanterinizi ve satın alımlarınızı bulut sunucularımızla (Firebase Firestore) senkronize etmek ve yedeklemek.
• Kullanıcı adınızı ve profil verilerinizi Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri aracılığıyla küresel liderlik tablolarında göstermek.
• RevenueCat ve Google Play Faturalandırma aracılığıyla güvenli uygulama içi satın alım işlemlerini kolaylaştırmak.

Google API Hizmetleri Kullanım Beyanı: Ghost Words uygulamasının Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve diğer uygulamalara aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereksinimleri de dahil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikasına tabidir.

3. Veri Paylaşımı (Data Sharing)

Kişisel verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmayız. Google kullanıcı verileri yalnızca uygulamanın temel işlevleri için kesinlikle gerekli olan güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle paylaşılır. Bunlar şunları içerir:

• Google Firebase: Güvenli kimlik doğrulama ve veritabanı yönetimi için kullanılır.
• RevenueCat: Uygulama içi abonelikleri ve satın alımları doğrulamak ve yönetmek için kullanılır (tarafımızca hiçbir kişisel finansal veri paylaşılmaz).

Verileri hem aktarım sırasında hem de bekleme halindeyken şifreleyen arka uç veritabanımız için Google Firebase Firestore'u kullanıyoruz. Kişisel bilgilerinize yetkisiz erişimi, değiştirilmesini veya imha edilmesini önlemek için sıkı erişim kontrolleri uyguluyoruz.

5. Veri Saklama ve Silme (Data Retention & Deletion)

Kullanıcı verilerinizi, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya size Uygulamanın hizmetlerini sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız.

Veri silme talebi nasıl yapılır: Verilerinizin tamamen silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bunu şu yollarla yapabilirsiniz:

• Uygulamanın ayarlar menüsündeki "Hesabı Sil" (Delete Account) seçeneğini kullanarak.
• Konu satırına "Data Deletion Request" veya "Veri Silme Talebi" yazarak [email protected] adresine e-posta göndererek.

Talep üzerine, e-posta, profil bilgileri ve oyun ilerlemesi dahil olmak üzere tüm kişisel verileriniz sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinecektir.
